Legislation (H.R. 1196) was recently introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives to restore funding - blocked by President Bush - to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). On Monday, March 31 more than 200 people from across the country will be in Washington as part of the 7th Annual Capitol Hill Days Lobby event.
