The short explanation of this alert was:
We've just received a disturbing report that three Tibetans were executed in Lhasa on October 20th, 2009 for their alleged involvement in last year's protests.

According to sources in Lhasa, the situation is extremely tense and Chinese authorities have blocked phone lines to stop information from reaching the outside world.

Please send a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton urging an immediate response from the U.S. government.
