The federal economic stimulus package provides $8 billion in competitive grants to develop high-speed rail. This historic investment will create thousands of jobs, increase economic development and mobility and reduce pollution from car and air travel.

In order for this funding to create jobs and economic development in the Midwest, governors in our region must commit to developing high-speed rail. Please send a letter asking your governor to bring economic stimulus funding to your state by supporting high-speed rail.
