On January 20th, he and two other Tibetans were arrested after they staged a peaceful protest with Tibetan flags. Pema Tsepak died two days later from injuries he sustained from being beaten and tortured while in detention. Send fax a letter to China's Permanent Representative to the United Nations expressing your outrage and demand the immediate release of those Tibetans arrested in Chamdo.
