The short explanation of this alert was:

Almost 40 NJ environmental organizations have formed the Save New Jersey Coalition and signed a letter calling upon Gov. McGreevey to veto S1368, legislation that will roll back thirty years of environmental protections while gagging the public from participating in development decisions affecting their communities.
