Join Trans United for our Organizing with Trans Communities Summit Sat. June 10, 10am-2pm at the SEIU building in DC (1800 Massachusetts Ave. NW)

Phillipe Cunningham, incredible advocate and out black trans candidate for Minneapolis City Council
Jess Herbst, Mayor of New Hope, TX and the highest-ranking trans elected official in the country
Alexa Rodriguez, organizer and immigrant activist with the Trans Latin@ Coalition
Alisa Bowman, an incredible mother of a trans son, author of "Raising the Transgender Child" and candidate for East Penn School Board in Emmaus, PA
Tiara Gendi, trans advocate from Zimbabwe with experience organizing trans youth on two continents
Kristen Browde, accomplished journalist, attorney, and candidate for Town Supervisor of New Castle, NY running as an out trans woman
Addison Moore, nonbinary Youth Fellow with SMYAL, working to support and empower LGBTQ youth in the DC area
Ruby Corado, founder of Casa Ruby, a groundbreaking LGBT center and shelter that has become the largest employer of trans women of color in D.C.
Join us and learn:
-How to run for office as a trans or gender expansive candidate
-How, as supportive parents and families of trans youth, you can organize for trans students
