Santa Monica Forward is throwing a Neighborhood Block Party and you're invited!

Join us on Saturday, August 22nd from 10am - 2pm on Washington Avenue between 14th and 15th St. for food, music, kids/adult activities, partner tables, a bingo game, and raffle prizes.

This block party is our way of showing the community how much better the neighborhood looks when we reclaim the street for people, not cars. But in order for it to be a success, we need your help. No matter where you in live Santa Monica, we hope that you will join us for this free, family-friendly event.

No RSVP is required, but we highly recommend that you bring a few items:

• A blanket and/or camping chair
• A lawn game/board game to share
• A kid's toy/activity to share
• A personal water bottle to stay hydrated

If you'd like to help out a bit more, we've put together a list of extra items we could use for the day. Either ways, we hope you will come and bring your friends as well. Attached is a flyer with details that you should feel free to forward to your friends and family.
