The PRO Act was passed by the US House of Representatives in March, but has yet to be considered by the Senate. The PRO Act is the cornerstone of the AFL-CIO’s Workers First Agenda. If it passes, it would:

• Hold corporations accountable for union-busting.
• Empower workers to organize and bargain.
• Repeal “right to work” laws.
