Hold German Officials to Account for aiding and abetting war crimes!

Germany’s leaders can’t look the other way while weapons exports risk enabling atrocity crimes. A coalition supported by the European Legal Support Center has filed a detailed criminal complaint naming current and former officials and arms-industry executives for their role in export decisions to Israel.

Under the Genocide Convention, international humanitarian law, and the Arms Trade Treaty, Germany must prevent transfers where there is a serious risk of grave breaches.

Evidence shows export approvals surged since 2023; prosecutors must examine who knew what, when, and act to stop further complicity.

Eine vom European Legal Support Centre unterstützte Koalition hat beim Generalbundesanwalt in Karlsruhe einen 100-seitigen Strafantrag eingereicht, nach dem sich aktuelle und ehemalige Beamte sowie Vorstandsvorsitzende der Rüstungsindustrie wegen Beihilfe zu Völkermord, Kriegsverbrechen und Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit im Zusammenhang mit Waffenexporten nach Israel strafbar gemacht haben. Ich unterstütze den eingereichten Strafantrag, der fordert gegen die deutschen Beamten und Führungskräfte der Rüstungsindustrie wegen Beihilfe zu Völkerrechtsverbrechen in Gaza zu ermitteln. Ich bekräftige, dass niemand über dem Gesetz steht. Auch führende Politiker sind nach dem Völkerrecht rechenschaftspflichtig.
