Unless Congress takes action in the coming weeks to fund WIC, the vital program will be facing a massive emergency resulting in wait lists or cuts to the program for pregnant women, infants, toddlers, and postpartum moms. We need to speak out now!! Call your U.S. Senators today and tell them “Take action to avoid a WIC emergency! Include a down payment in WIC funds in the next Continuing Resolution in November and fully fund the program to allow more eligible women/children to participate.”
