Charlotte Lloyd is a 25 year-old Adams’ grocery store cashier, DoorDash driver, and a leader of the Stony Run Tenants Union. Residents of Ward 1 in Kingston are not being represented in their best interest, and Charlotte is running to fix that.

She believes that we all deserve to have a roof over our heads without worrying about how to make rent. Charlotte will fight to keep ETPA in place and uphold the Rent Guidelines Board’s decision to reduce rents by 15% in Kingston, and keep pressure on Albany to pass Good Cause Eviction state-wide.
