On April 29, Wells Fargo will be celebrating its record as the country’s most profitable bank at its shareholders meeting in San Antonio, TX. But Wells Fargo’s profit comes at the expense of our communities because among other things, the bank:

Abuses customers seeking mortgage modifications leading to needless foreclosures;

Practices racial discrimination and targets minority communities for faulty mortgages;

Invests in private prisons that perpetuate a broken immigration system;

Takes money away from health care and education by receiving tax rebates rather than paying its fair share;

On April 28^th and 29^th, home defenders, students, community groups, and families around the country will take peaceful action tell Wells Fargo these predatory practices have to stop.
