COVID-19 has exposed and exacerbated issues that educators and school staff have faced for a long time. And it’s contributing to worrying trends of employees quitting public education. Northside ISD staff don't want to leave their jobs. They love what they do. But they don't feel like they have a choice. The employees of NISD deserve to be respected! We expect the district to support and pay us! We challenge the NISD district leadership to RESPECT us by H.E.L.P.ing Us.
