10/28 Rally to Stop the Attacks on Tenants' Rights

On Monday October 28 at 12:00 pm, the Woodner, Oaklawn, and Tivoli Gardens Tenant Associations are having a rally at the Wilson Building. We're saying enough to the landlord lobby's attacks on our rights and complaints about their "emergencies", it's time for the Council to hear about the real emergencies tenants face!


We have 3 main demands for the council:
  1. Reverse the "Emergency" ERAP Reform Bill passed earlier this month
  2. Make DOB do its job enforcing the housing code
  3. Close the loopholes in DC's rent control that let landlords dramatically raise rents, like CIP petitions
