The Council Executive Board will meet at 10 am on Friday October 5th in Grand 2 meeting room.

The WFSE Conservative Caucus will be meeting following the Board meeting on October 5th . The meeting has been schedule in the Evergreen 1 meeting room from 6pm - 8pm. Please note - No meals / Travel will be provided by The Council.

The Council Policy Committee meetings will convene on Saturday October 6th at 10 am with a plenary session in the Grand 1-2 meeting room.  Light refreshments and coffee will be provided starting at 9am. Immediately following the  general session  all Policy committees will break into their individual committee groups.

Travel Guidelines:

Council will cover the mileage, meals and travel (lodging and airfare) for Council Executive Board members.

Local Union will cover the mileage, meals and travel (lodging and airfare) for their Policy Delegates. Per your local unions travel policy. The guest room rate for the October Policy meeting is $159.00 plus taxes and parking.

There are time frames for making reservations. Please submit your travel request by September 18th because after this deadline member(s) will be responsible for their own arrangements. The reimbursement for airline travel will be based on average cost and lodging will be reimbursed at the $159.00 WFSE contracted rate.
