The Housing Action Coalition is heading to the East Bay, and we’re teaming up with East Bay for Everyone for a housing celebration you won’t want to miss.

Join us at the beautiful offices of Einwiller Kuehl for drinks, conversation, and a special showcase of the winning entries from the 2025 National Single Stair Architectural Design Competition. Co-sponsored by EB4E and part of a growing movement to unlock small-lot, compact, livable housing, this showcase highlights the designs shaping California’s housing future.

Whether you’re a longtime housing advocate, a design enthusiast, or just curious about what’s next, this event is a chance to toast to the progress we’ve made and the future we’re building.
