Join us for our 2025 KIFA Advocacy Day at the Capitol on Monday, March 10th to advocate for our legislative priorities together! Join us for meetings with legislators, inspiring activists, and community building.

Schedule: Will include an in-person welcome & orientation at 8:30am at First United Methodist Church, followed by morning legislative visits, a noontime lunch and learn, a short press event in the afternoon, followed by legislative visits again in the afternoon. We should conclude by 4pm.

Lunch: There will be lunch provided for participants who have registered by our catering deadline. The suggested donation per person to cover food and drinks is $20, though nobody will be turned away. Make your donation here. The lunch will include vegetarian/vegan, non-vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

Parking: You can park at First United Methodist Church (600 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66603) all day. The Capitol is a short walk away but we will make sure that people with mobility needs will be transported there and back.
