Let's promote your event!

Think about what pulls you in and what information you need when you are considering attending an event.

- A picture in a share link is always more enticing
- Use the pyramid method of describing the event (short, sharp, purpose and then elaborate - don't make people have to read all the way to the bottom of the text to find key info out
- Have a punchy and fun event title
- Ask people about their access requirements so we get everyone in the room

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.

URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
