Learn more about joining us in North Carolina to canvass for Dan McCready

Start: Saturday, May 11, 2019 9:00 AM

End: Sunday, May 12, 2019 5:00 PM

***Update: We have enough people signed up, but we could consider one or two more if you'd really like to join us***

North Carolina is on the top of Swing Left's "Super State" list. That's why I'm headed to North Carolina for the "Weekend of Action" on May 11/12. The path to flipping Thom Tillis' seat, flipping the North Carolina legislature, and flipping the Presidency, all run through all of North Carolina and particularly through the 9th Congressional District. Talking to voters face-to-face while the Republican primary (May 14th) is on their minds is the way we win. I hope you'll join me.

The McCready campaign is talking to voters while this congressional race is on their minds, two days before the Republican primary on May 14th.

Dan McCready's campaign has been canvassing since early April, but they are pulling out all the stops for the Weekend of Action.

The McCready campaign will have two launch locations in Mecklenburg, two in Union, two in Cumberland, one in Bladen, and one in Robeson. Shifts on both days will be at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm. Dan McCready will be there to kick off at least one of the canvasses. We'll be canvassing with our partners at Swing Left Charlotte. If you are anxious about canvassing, they provide training, supplies and a partner.

When the links to sign up for canvass shifts are available, they will be posted here.

Logistics:
We will coordinate flights and transportation. Supporter housing is available and we'll be paired up with canvassers who have cars. This will be a fun trip!
