SunDay is a global day of action on September 21st, 2025, celebrating the unstoppable rise of clean energy. People throughout the Wood River Valley will be coming together (mostly riding their bikes with friends and family along valley bike paths) to meet at Hop Porter Park to recognize solar and other forms of clean energy - while celebrating the use of non-polluting bicycles for commuting and for entertainment for everyone in our valley. There will be bike raffles, speakers, food, music, and activities for people of all ages from 12:00-2:30. We can each beat the current efforts to bury clean energy under piles of coal and gas & oil pollution with daily efforts and actions in our transportation, homes, work, and diet as we work to support ways to build renewable energy into our community and state.
