Host Guidelines - On The Table CLT: October 25, 2017

Thank you for agreeing to serve as a host for On The Table CLT!

Please be sure to mark your event as "private" in the page that follows, unless you would like your event to be shared through On The Table CLT's website. We strongly encourage hosts at residential addresses to mark their events as "private."

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing.
