CWA Local 7765 Summer Series Training: Building & Deploying Effective Campaigns
Who: Open to all CWA 7765 members (higher ed + healthcare). No prior experience needed—just a commitment to learn and take action with your coworkers!
What: A hands-on, four-part training series where you’ll develop the skills to research, plan, and run a strategic campaign. Each 90-minute session includes interactive workshops, breakout activities, and real-world case studies—plus practical homework to help you build your campaign plan step by step.
By the end, you’ll have:
✅ A campaign plan ready to execute with your unit.
✅ Skills to analyze budgets, map power, research targets, and escalate pressure.
✅ Confidence to lead and win on workplace issues.
