2:20 -- Mary Margaret Whipple -- overview of importance of advocates to

the legislative and General Assembly process; budget will "rule" this

session and what that means for legislation in general and why; challenge

participants to get involved, etc. (share the benefit of her years of

experience in Richmond and her expertise regarding the budget...)
