MAssachusetts Grassroots Information Collaborative (News-MAGIC) is partnering with Swing Left to get you into Facebook Groups - where you can attract new audiences to your organization and its events.

In this session:

  • Check out a local group that is using Facebook to effectively advertise their grassroots volunteer opportunities/events
  • Learn how to effectively share your experiences at rallies/other events in order to attract others to join
  • Discover how to create an event invitation on facebook and monitor who has RSVP'd to your event
  • Practice using Facebook Groups to share your events with like minded grassroots activists
