The Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) By-Right ordinance is finally going before city council! Join RVA YIMBY as we show up to demonstrate our support for more housing. There is also a >200 unit affordable multifamily housing project, done by our friends at Maggie Walker Community Land Trust, that is on the agenda and we intend to suppot.
