Please RSVP to secure your spot at the AFSCME Secretary Treasurer Training on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Doubletree Seattle Airport.

Coffee Service will be available at 9:00am and a buffet lunch will be provided at 12pm

The training will start at 9:30am and conclude by 4:00pm

Please ensure you have local approval on all travel request. Participant travel expenses (mileage/ airfare/ lodging/meals) will be billed that of their local union.

The Council has secured a block of rooms for the April 12, 2019 at the rate of $165.00 plus taxes/ fees / parking.

When traveling on Union business and a 'yes' RSVP is received from Union members, thus travel arrangements are secured/ confirmed; if the member does not attend the meeting and no communication has been received notifying us they are unable to attend, then the Local will be charged for their travel accommodations, flight, etc
