With Sam Bahour

After having illegally annexed several parts of the occupied Palestinian territory and the occupied Syrian Golan Heights, Israel has threatened to annex more of the West Bank.
·         What does the Israeli threat of annexation mean for Palestinians today?
·         What shape may this annexation take?
·         How will this affect Palestinian's lives living in the Gaza Strip, and in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem?
Sam Bahour will address these and related issues, and answer questions after the presentation.

ORGANIZED BY CANADIAN VOICES FOR PALESTINIAN RIGHTS

Canadian Voices for Palestinian Rights is a non-partisan, community group based in Kitchener Waterloo, Ontario. It aims to create awareness of the effects of the Israeli military occupation on Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem and the lack of equality for Palestinians living in Israel. We support justice and equality for all within the frameworks of human rights, International humanitarian law, and UN resolutions. Through its advocacy and educational activities, the group denounces all barriers and oppression created by racism, discrimination, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, and colonialism.
