Join YIMBY Denver for an exclusive presentation on the Kroenke Sports and Entertainment redevelopment of the Ball Arena campus!

Between the Ball Arena campus project and the River Mile development, Kroenke Sports and Entertainment controls the largest centrally located contiguous and developable set of parcels with unified ownership in any city in the United States.  Discover how this historic project will transform 55 acres of surface parking into a new downtown neighborhood that includes high- and mid-rise residential, over 6,000 residences,  new entertainment, dining and retail venues, a three-acre central park, 10 acres of open space, 5 bike/pedestrian bridges and over a mile of bike lanes.

Attendees will be able to see draft models and drawings of the project, and learn about the many thoughtful urbanist elements of the project directly from the architects. You'll be able to see how the project will help enable residents to live car-free lifestyles, and contribute to the rejuvenation of downtown.

Also, attendees will be able to have an open discussion with representatives from KSE and SAR+ to discuss what YIMBY Denver can do to help support this important project, and how we can help convince Denver City Council and city agencies to remove all obstacles to making this as good of a project as it can be.
