On April 19th at 2:00pm, join thousands of students as we take to the streets to demand Preisdent Biden declare a climate emergency and bring an end to the era of fossil fuels!

Join students from schools across the city as we walk out of classes, in solidarity with Fridays For Future local groups around the world, with the message that enough is enough. President Biden must declare a Climate Emergency.

There will be Fridays For Future groups from around the world striking that Friday for the end of fossil fuels, and, in the U.S., the strike in NYC is part of a coordinated youth-led wave of actions taking place 4/19-4/22 at campuses and cities across the country calling on President Biden to Declare A Climate Emergency.

The intergenerational march will begin at 2:00PM at Foley Square, on Friday, April 19. Together we will march across the Brooklyn Bridge, then conclude with a short rally at Borough Hall. The march will likely conclude around 4:30PM.
