Block (Line 3) Party at the PUC

After this long winter, it’s time to party! So join us for our Block (Line 3) Party on May 18-19! We’ll be encouraging our Public Utility Commissioners to #StopLine3 as they contemplate their final rulings on this pipeline, rulings that could have devastating consequences for years to come.

Here's what we've got planned:
Schedule for Friday, May 18
2:30 PM Meet in rotunda at capitol for lobbying. We'll walk to PUC for Block (Line 3) Party at 3:00.
3:00 PM Clean Energy Solutions Fair and Silk Screen Art Tent at PUC
4:00-6:00 PM Supper provided (vegan/gluten free option too!)
5:30-8:30 PM Evening Concert
What should you bring on Friday?
*Bring camp chairs and blankets for our outdoor concert!
*Bring a t-shirt or other piece of clothing from home to have a very cool design screen printed on it. Donations happily accepted to cover the costs of screen printing.
Schedule for Saturday, May 19
8:30 AM Water Ceremony at Mississippi River
10:00 AM Pledge of Resistance Signing at the PUC
12:00-4:00 PM Direct Action Training OR join the March for Science at Mears Park.
What should you bring on Saturday?
*Bring a cup of water from your home or a water source close to your home (lake, river, pond) for our Water Ceremony.
*A light breakfast and lunch will be provided (vegan/gluten free option too!), but if you’d like something more hearty, feel free to bring something else from home.
Most importantly, bring yourself! We can't wait to see you!
