June is crunch time in the legislature, and it's up to us to demand that our representatives put money behind the things we know are important--including investments in housing security, healthcare, childcare, clean energy, and so much more.

At 8:30 we'll start with some training: we'll learn about the policies, how to have good lobbying conversations, how to find our way around the state house complex, and who we need to talk to, and why. Then we'll seek out our legislators to persuade and gather intel. We'll debrief to share what we've learned.

Around late morning (precise time TBD), stay with us for a press conference, to urge the legislature to fund the programs Mainers depend on -- by taxing the wealthiest Mainers and rich corporations!
