"Death by a thousand cuts." That's the phrase we're throwing around here at SF Parent Coalition, in terms of how it feels to hear about cut after cut, school after school being impacted by this hard process of budget balancing that is now very much--and very unfortunately--upon us.

Please join other parents and community for an hour or so on Wednesday 3/9 over Zoom to share how you are feeling, what you're concerned about, what questions you have about the budget cuts underway and potential cuts to come. SFUSD's CFO Meghan Wallace will be in the audience listening to your questions and concerns.

SF Parent Coalition can't promise solutions, but we can promise to listen and lift up. We'll be taking notes, and, following the Zoom we'll summarize and share out what we're hearing from parents and community in terms of the biggest concerns and unanswered questions out there.
