Youth empowerment for climate action requires financial resources. Resources do exist - e.g. 400-500
billion US$ of pledges of the signatories of The Giving pledge and millions of small potential contributions of the so called "crowd".

At the workshop we will develop in a creative interactive setting an action plan & social media campaign for large scale resource mobilization for youth climate action to be presented at COP23 based on the #GloCha #GiveYouthAChance initiative launched at COP22 http://www.glocha.info/index.php/giveyouthachance.
