This is a virtual event
Welcome to another Central Jersey DSA political education discussion! This time, Associate Professor Emeritus at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and author of Women and Work: Feminism, Labour and Social Reproduction, Susan Ferguson, will be leading a discussion on the relationship of gender and capitalism.
Ferguson will explore this connection by discussing Social Reproduction Theory, a theory that is critical in helping understand how capitalism functions, especially in the midst of the pandemic.
As always, these discussions are open to everyone, regardless if one is a DSA member or not.
Once you RSVP, you will receive the article we will be discussing and of course, the necessary Zoom information to access the event.
