And yet our leaders are letting us down. The solutions to the climate crisis are out there and people across the country and across the world are already building them.

The most powerful way we can respond to climate change is by working together where we live to build solutions and then joining our communities together at key moments to push for big national change.

Join us on 11 February to kickstart Climate Action Sefton. We’ll spend some time working out what climate action might look like in the Sefton borough and what we can do together. We'll look at what Sefton Council is already doing to respond to the climate emergency and explore what the Friends of the Earth's Climate Friendly Local Area analysis tells us about where most emissions are coming from in the area, and what action could be taken to get on the pathway to net-zero emissions..  Come along, bring your friends and neighbours, and be part of the solution.
