Common Sense Economics: Income Inequality and the "Fight for $15!"

This free program is sponsored by the Troy Area Labor Council, will address some of the frightening economic realities facing communities across America in 2015. Common Sense Economics is a program that equips attendees with a strong foundational knowledge of how the current climate of immense economic inequality developed, and how we can work together to move towards economic policy that works for all of us. Guest Activists will close the program by highlighting local “Fight for $15” and sharing opportunities to support local fast food workers who are organizing for $15/hr and union representation.
