Este taller tiene como fin educar a las personas trabajadoras, en particular a las trabajadoras del hogar, acerca de sus derechos relacionados con el robo de salario y ofrecer recursos de acción. El evento se centrará en la concientización, la divulgación de protecciones legales y la facilitación de un diálogo sobre la justicia laboral en Colorado, con énfasis en las trabajadoras del hogar que ahora están incluidas en las protecciones laborales estatales. This workshop aims to educate workers, particularly domestic workers, about their rights related to wage theft and offer resources for action. The event will focus on raising awareness, spreading legal protections, and facilitating a dialogue about workplace justice in Colorado, with an emphasis on domestic workers who are now included in state labor protections. Key experts, local activists and organizations supporting workers' rights will come together. We will also focus on how immigration status can affect your protections and rights in the workplace. The event will be in English with live Spanish translation available for those who need it.
