The June Executive Board meeting will start at 5:00pm on Friday, June 21 in the Grand 1 meeting room. Dinner will be provided.

The C28 Policy Committee meetings will convene on Saturday, June 22  at 10 am with a plenary session in the Grand 1-2 meeting room.  Light refreshments and coffee will be provided that morning at 9am. Immediately following the general session all Policy committees will break into their individual committee groups.

Travel Guidelines:

Council will cover the mileage, meals and travel (lodging and airfare) for Council Executive Board members.

Local Union will cover the mileage, meals and travel (lodging and airfare) for their Policy Delegates. Per your local unions travel policy. The guest room rate for the June Policy meeting is $165.00 plus taxes/fees and parking.

There are time frames for making reservations. Please submit your travel request by Friday, June 14 because after this deadline member(s) will be responsible for making and paying for their own arrangements. The reimbursement for airline travel will be based on average cost and lodging will be reimbursed at the $165.00 WFSE contracted rate or lower.

If guest(s) neglect to check into their hotel, the Local Union will be responsible for payment for one night's room and tax. It is also recommended that guest(s) have a credit card or cash when they check in a the hotel to cover incidental charges.
