Host Guidelines - Vigil for the Disappeared

Thank you for being willing to host a vigil.

We want to leave the location, time and tone of the vigil up to local organizers so that the event feels most salient to your community's struggle. Feel free to use the resources on our website if they feel useful or to ignore them if not. If there is specific support you need, including financial support, please email our Campaign Coordinator at dropthecharges@nomoredeaths.org.

If possible, we ask that you take a short video recording of the vigil and send it to us the same evening.

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
