Decolonial Solidarity Halifax

Start: Saturday, January 01, 202812:00 AM

Location:RBC Waterside1871 Hollis Street, Suite 100, Halifax, NS B3J 1S8 CA

We're a small, friendly group of settlers hoping to make an impact up RBC's chain of command and force them to rethink their funding of the illegal CGL pipeline being forced through Wet'suwet'en territory without consent. We've recently adopted a new branch! Please sign up if you'd like to be involved in visiting this branch semi-regularly to try and change some minds.

All actions will be legal and non-confrontational, aimed at educating customers and employees of RBC, and the public in general. There are a few different calls to action for folks who decide they'd like to make a difference, including joining us in this campaign!

If you sign up here, you'll be emailed updates, invitations to join our actions and opportunities to participate in planning if you wish. You can opt out at any time. By joining this group, you become part of the Decolonial Solidarity Adopt-a-Branch campaign.

You also commit to respecting the following principles:

1. Solidarity with Indigenous peoples—a commitment to follow the guidance of Land Defenders
2. Commitment to long-term action
3. Non-violence, non-aggression, and legality
