How do experienced leaders keep learning and developing in their organising?

Tuesday 30th November 4pm-5.30pm

This is for people who want to see long-term leadership development for themselves and other leaders in their alliance. What are the next exciting roles and opportunities for leaders who've done 3 day or 6 day training, who've been involved for many years and played several different roles? How does this work keep fresh and how can we be creative about what experienced leaders can contribute?

How do we build wider ownership of the hard money in BBOs (Broad Based Organisations)?

Wednesday 12th January 4pm-5.30pm

We know that to win justice we need to organise money. The membership dues, the hard money, means that we can be independent from outside interests and we can be sustainable and here for the long-term. But too often raising the hard money lands on the shoulders of the organiser and a couple of committed leaders. This workshop will outline simple tried and tested strategies to make raising hard money a campaign that involves leaders from across the alliance.
