We’re hosting a gender marker clinic for residents of D.C., Maryland, and Virginia who would like, or need, guidance and assistance navigating the process of changing their gender marker.

We can’t provide direct legal advice, but we will explain how the process works and the steps involved. We will provide information about the necessary forms for initiating the process. We’ll happily help you fill out the forms and explain the process, as well as the follow-up steps for updating your passport, social security, state-level ID, and birth certificate.
