Join other Dorchester residents who support zoning reform and developing more housing at all price points to connect and organize. We'll have food and mingling to start, followed by information about pending City and State level reforms, a presentation and Q&A about the TOD proposal for Shawmut station which is actively seeking neighborhood support, and a broader overview of all projects proposed but not yet permitted in Dorchester, from the 35 units just proposed at the intersection of Bowdoin and Geneva to the nearly 2000 units proposed for Dorchester Bay City on Columbia Point.
