Maine DSA invites you to join the Maine Public Power campaign for an in-person crowd-canvassing event in downtown Portland on Friday, July 1st at 5:00 pm. New and experienced canvassers alike are welcome to attend! We'll be collecting petition signatures for Our Power and doing visibility and informational tabling with the Maine DSA. Join us and talk with voters on the streets about why Maine needs a Consumer Owned Utility!

This event is happening on First Friday, which means people will be out tabling across the city during the evening. We'll be meeting up at the Our Power office at 5:00 pm, and then branch out in pairs and small groups downtown, based on turnout. If you aren't available to join that early, please feel free to RSVP nonetheless, and you can link up with the group a little later.
