Bring your holiday cheer to the December East Bay YIMBY Happy Hour at Mad Oak in Oakland. You'll even get extra credit for wearing a fun holiday sweater!

Additionally, we will have a special guest, Charlene Wang, who will run for the Oakland City Council's District 2 Seat in the special election on April 15th, 2025.

Mad Oak is a 21+ establishment with a large outdoor patio and a roof deck upstairs. They serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with food.
