When we’re engaging the public, we typically only have moments to make a lasting impression. How can we use these moments to educate, motivate, and mobilize? How can we be the best possible advocates for animals? In this workshop, we’ll discuss effective outreach strategies with an emphasis on animals in laboratories. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from Lindsay Oliver about her first-hand experience from her time as an undercover investigator. We’ll also put ideas into practice with other workshop attendees. You’ll come away with the information and confidence you need to speak up for animals suffering inside laboratories.
