Please note: the Army Corps is accepting testimony between 11 am - 3 pm (must sign up from 10 - 10:45 am) and 4 pm - 8 pm (sign up from 3:00 - 3:45 pm). Testimony is limited to three minutes. Those who sign up will then be chosen from a lottery for a chance to speak. Access to the hearing room (200 person capacity) is on a first come, first served basis. For these reasons, we are asking those who are able to try to arrive by 7:30 am. However, if you are not able to be there at 7:30 am, please still plan to join us for whatever time you are able.
