Against All Odds, published in 1993, is a firsthand account of Eritrea’s 30-year fight for independence from Ethiopia. Dan Connell, a former journalist and aid professional, has reported on Eritrea for five decades for numerous print and broadcast media.
Copies of the new edition of his book Against All Odds: A Chronicle of the Eritrean Revolution will be available.
