With ever-changing markets, it’s apparent now more than ever that product aggregation and collective marketing amongst farmers is a viable solution for farmers to access a broader range of markets. In this session, hear farmers, food hubs, and aggregators discuss how they’ve been able to aggregate and work collaboratively to address market needs during COVID, through various sales channels including emergency food sales, food box sales, CSA sales, and restaurant sales.
