Colorado's upcoming elections will most likely break records for campaign spending. But where is all of this money coming from, and how is it being used to influence your vote?

Join us to learn how to "follow the money" in Colorado political campaigns. Get the scoop on who raises and spends political money in Colorado - from candidates to Super PACS to nonprofit organizations.

Participants will learn how to use OpenSecrets.org, FollowTheMoney.org, and the Colorado Secretary of State's TRACER website to find the donors behind the advertisements you see and hear during the election cycle. We'll also learn about "Follow the Message," a new project in Colorado that is tracking and analyzing political advertising.
